01.Poltech Werk Polska Sp. z o.o. on the Polish market

Poltech has been operating on the market for 25 years. As a manufacturer of reinforcement cages with our own production plant in Zabrze, located in the economic zone in the Mikulczyce district, we are one of the leading companies in the industry, both locally and nationally.

We have extensive production facilities and fulfil orders on the domestic and foreign markets. Our work also includes a number of investments made over the last few years, as well as those we are currently implementing and planning to implement, thanks to which our employees can perform their work more efficiently, more flexibly and in compliance with the highest health and safety standards.

02.Poltech Sp. z o.o. on the German market

We operate in three locations in Germany, wherein as the subcontractor we manufacture reinforcement cages, retaining walls, filigree slabs and garages from precast concrete elements for our business customers. Operating under this model, we are responsible for producing the agreed quantity of elements and our customers can count on us, work of our qualified team and the support of our management staff. Our employees, on the other hand, gain access to an offer in which we provide company accommodations on the highest possible level (during the recruitment process, we will always show you what your future place of living will look like!), for which we do not charge any fees or commissions. We have our own fleet on-site, and employees can count on support from their supervisors, coordinator and HR department.

Recruitment stages

Stage 1 – CV analysis

Once you send us your application, we will review it carefully. We will analyse your professional experience, education, skills, certificates and qualifications.

Stage 2 – Telephone interview

After reviewing your application, we will run an initial a phone call to go through a brief conversation which will allow us to get to know you better, verify the most important information from your application and ensure that our mutual expectations are aligned.

Stage 3 – Meeting

The next step is the meeting. We can arrange both online Interview and meeting at our office. During the appointment, we will talk more about your experience, skills and expectations for the new role. It will also be an opportunity for you to get more precise informations about our team, our company, values and organizational culture.

Stage 4 – Employment

If you will get successfully through the recruitment process, we will make you an offer of employment. You will receive comprehensive information about the terms and conditions of employment, renumeration offer, benefits, and details related with your starting day. We will also give you medicine examination refferal.
