We operate in two areas – as a manufacturer of reinforcement elements and as a subcontractor in the field of prefabrication of reinforcement and installation of steel cages for concrete elements.
We support prefabrication plants by supplying ready-made reinforcement and qualified teams of workers. This ensures that your production runs smoothly, on time and in accordance with technical documentation.

Production of reinforcement elements

The production plant in the Special Economic Zone in Zabrze manufactures reinforcement elements for precast concrete products, made according to customer specifications.

Our offer includes, among others:

reinforcement cages for retaining walls
reinforcement for manhole covers
stirrups

Production utilises MAG welding technology, process automation and resistance welding technology, combining flexibility with repeatability and precision. Each project is carried out individually, ensuring a comprehensive approach and compliance with standards.

Quality confirmed by certificates

In order to ensure the highest quality of the reinforcing steel we distribute, each batch exceeding 25 tonnes is subjected to independent testing in renowned laboratories, such as MFPA Leipzig in Germany and accredited testing units cooperating with Polish steelworks. The scope of analysis includes, among others, mechanical properties, bending tests and compliance with EN ISO 17660 standards.

In addition, the processes related to the welding of steel elements are supervised by the certified SGS unit.

Thanks to this approach, we provide our customers with products that meet the highest quality and normative requirements, which is confirmed by relevant certificates and test reports.

As a responsible company that cares about the natural environment and the principles of sustainable development, we actively participate in the Cleaner Production programme, implementing the principles of sustainable development in our daily operations. We have a verified Environmental Management System based on the CP strategy and we meet the requirements of the UNEP Declaration and the Global Compact initiative.

Our activities include:

minimising the amount of production waste and sending it for recycling (including steel scrap, oils, packaging);
monitoring CO₂ emissions and the consumption of energy, water and raw materials;
using modern, less energy-intensive technologies;
regular training of employees and cooperation with partners in the field of environmental protection.

Every year, we recover dozens of tonnes of materials, reduce emissions and continuously improve our processes in line with the principles of Cleaner Production.
